CAMP SESSION

Intermediate

(1st - 5th grade): 9:00 AM - 11:30 PM

 Advanced Session
(6th - 12th grade): 11:45 AM - 2:15 PM

This camp will be split into 2 groups at camp. Please sign up for the session that best represents your athlete

If you are unsure of your campers proper placement or need a suggestion please email us and we will be happy to recommend a certain group once we have more information on your athlete!

This will be a fun filled camp with guest appearances from world renowned strength & conditioning coaches, health experts, and professional athletes from around the greater Seattle area! spots will be limited for camp. If you are also interested in drop in options for camp please let us know.

drop in sessions are available as well until camp is sold out.

Each camper will receive a camp t shirt & workouts after camp are available upon request! we look forward to an awesome week with you all! SEE YOU soon!

Health Is Wealth

We will also be bringing in our partners AirrosTI rehab into camp during the week to educate our athletes on how to properly take care of their bodies. Athletes who play sports year around can often overlook the recovery process which can lead to injuries or not being able to perform at your highest level. 

Airrosti will be working with our boys & girls on proper warm up, cool down, and recovery methods to keep our athletes in top shape throughout the summer!
